We are looking for a dedicated and fluent Japanese speaker to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our Japanese-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and have strong communication skills in Japanese, we'd love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Issue Resolution**: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions.
- **Order Management**: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
- **Technical Assistance**: Offer basic technical support and troubleshooting guidance for product-related issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams as needed.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, resolutions, and feedback, using our CRM system.
- **Language Support**: Collaborate with bilingual colleagues and language specialists to ensure consistent and accurate communication with Japanese-speaking customers.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Product Development to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Japanese (both written and verbal) is essential; fluency in English is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM software and support ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
