To support in monthly **Payroll process** and payment for Gov Statutory
- Assist in preparing all the letters/Memo
- Assist in checking Petty Cash clinics
- Leave administration - Creation id for new joiner, deletion upon resign.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
- Identify training needs and develop or source training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and promote a positive work culture.
- Act as a key liaison person in supporting internal/external audits pertaining to payroll related activities
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Perform any other ad-hoc HR duties as and when assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 3-4 Year(s) of working experience for this position.
- Basic Knowledge of HR Function, Labor Laws and experience in HR2000 payroll system.
- Having knowledge in HRDC training request process and the claim.
- Having experience in **shift patterns industry or business** such as Healthcare would be advantage.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.

**Working Hours**:
9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

HQ office location: U8,Taman Perindustrian Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:
