HR Admin Asst

Assist in Recruitment-Job posting, Screening, interview arrangement.
- Responsible for Office Administration - purchase of stationeries/pantries.
- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as annual dinner, employee engagement programs, etc.
- Assist in checking Petty cash clinics/claims
- Leave administration - Creation id for new joiner, deletion upon resign.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
- Perform any other ad-hoc HR duties as and when assigned
**Job Requirements**:
- Required language(s): Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
**Working Hours**:
9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
HQ office location: U8,Taman Perindustrian Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
