Responsibilities: - Recruit and manage a team of pre-sales specialists. - Provide coaching and guidance to the presales team in areas of technical knowledge enhancement, customer requirement study, presentation & system demonstration. - Acquire and equipped with in-depth product knowledge of the assigned product portfolio and provide high-level consultation when required. - Develop and maintain close working relationship with principal’s Sales Engineers to ensure product messaging are in line and proposed solutions are appropriate to meet customer’s requirement. - Act as a liaison between sales & post-sales team in bridging the gap of commercial and technical feasibility. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience as Presales Lead, having hands on experience in the day-to-day handling of various opportunity development from opportunity qualification, requirement study, design, proof of concept and answering to RFP / RFQ requests. - Have in-depth product knowledge in Networking & Security Solution. - Ability to manage a team of presales and setting an example as the role model. - Good communication skill. - High level of initiative and work well in a team environment. - Technical certifications or equivalent credential will be an advantage.
