Job Description**:Accounts & Corporate Finance Executive**
- Position Overview:_

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts and Corporate Finance Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both the accounting functions and corporate finance activities of our organization. Your expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic financial decision-making will be instrumental in driving our company's growth and profitability.

**Responsibilities**:
Accounting and Financial Reporting:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and coordination with tax advisors.

Financial Analysis and Planning:

- Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop financial models and perform profitability analysis.
- Identify key financial metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and capital allocation decisions.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, highlighting trends and recommending areas for improvement.

Corporate Finance:

- Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing.
- Assist in financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Participate in the preparation of investor presentations and communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess and mitigate financial risks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes in corporate finance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in both accounting and corporate finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SQL Account, UBS Accounting system, QuickBooks, Excel, Bloomberg, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
