Core Mission: The core mission of the Outlet Supervisor is to provide super-duper great customer experience to both new and existing customers. Outlet Supervisors will be expected to upkeep the outlet, absorbing problems that customers face while using our services and to build relationships with customers by conversing with them. Customer contact is mainly via face-to-face at the outlet. Core Competencies: Integrity Result-oriented Customer focused Listening Loves to talk 1.Butiran Skop Kerja (a) Menjaga kebersihan cawangan (b) Memastikan cawangan dalam keadaan yang boleh beroperasi dengan lancar. (c) Menyediakan laporan harian yang ringkas (d) Perlu bersihkan 6-12 cawangan dalam kumpulan mengikut kereta Pengurus dalam sehari mengikut jadual yang ditetapkan. (e) Membantu dalam perkhidmatan pelanggan dan laundry pick-up orders di cawangan sekiranya perlu. (h) Melaksanakan tugasan lain yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa. (i) Bekerja dalam satu kumpulan dengan hubungan yang baik dengan rakan sekerja 2. Kemudahan / Kelebihan - Cuti Tahunan (8 hari) - Pihak syarikat akan menyediakan pakaian seragam (Uniform) kepada pekerja sebanyak 3 helai. - EPF & SOCSO - Tuntutan perubatan (dari institusi kerajaan sahaja) - Komisyen untuk setiap barang yang berjaya dijual seperti laundry bag, mesh bag, coin purse dan sebagainya - Bonus 6 bulan sekali - Servis basuh baju percuma 3. Waktu Bekerja (a) Waktu bekerja: 9:00 pagi - 6:00 petang / 8:00 pagi - 5:00 petang bergantung kepada jadual kerja (c) Rehat: 1 jam (d) Sebarang pertukaran waktu bekerja adalah atas budi bicara Pihak Syarikat. (e) Kerja lebih masa (OT) hanya perlu sekiranya diberitahu oleh pihak atasan. 4. Mesti mempunyai lesen kenderaan yang sah dan kenderaan sendiri untuk bergerak ke cawangan. ** Semua calon yang terpilih perlu menjalani latihan selama lima (5) hari sebagai sebahagian daripada proses pengambilan kerja. Selama tempoh ini, prestasi kerja calon akan dipantau bagi menentukan jawatan sebagai pekerja sepenuh masa bergantung kepada potensi calon. ** Keputusan mutlak dikeluarkan daripada pihak syarikat adalah muktamad.
