**Overview**:
As a Wok Cook, you will be responsible for expertly executing the preparation and cooking of dishes, with a specific focus on Chinese wok cooking techniques. Reporting directly to Executive Chef Abu Saad, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our culinary offerings, with an emphasis on seafood preparation. Your expertise in working with a wok and passion for delivering exceptional dishes will contribute to the success of our restaurant.

**1. Wok Cooking**:
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Chinese wok cooking techniques, ensuring the perfect execution of stir-frying, sautéing, and other wok-based methods.
- Create a variety of dishes, with a particular emphasis on seafood preparation.

- Menyediakan bahan-bahan untuk memasak kuali dengan cekap dan tepat, memastikan penghantaran tepat pada masanya dan teratur ke stesen memasak._

**3. Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the Executive Chef, CDP and other team members to ensure the consistency and authenticity of our Chinese menu, especially wok-cooked dishes.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Wok Cook in a Chinese cuisine setting, with a focus on seafood preparation.
- In-depth knowledge of Chinese wok cooking techniques.
- Ability to handle and prepare seafood with precision and expertise.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
