**Hiring of Administrative & Finance Assistant**
**Salary : RM 4,000 - RM 6,000**
**Working Day : Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)**
**Location : PJ Trade Centre**
**Job Scope**
- Prepare full set accounting for subsidiaries & monthly reporting
- Perform internet banking & monthly bank reconciliation
- Perform and manage full spectrum of accounting functions
- Perform secretarial tasks such as schedule arrangement and collection of documents etc.
- Data entry and validation of ERP and CRM systems.
- Working with Microsoft Excel to conduct day to day operation and analyse business insights.
- Ensure data accuracy of the documents being exchanged such as verifying of personal particular stated on a form.
- Ensure smooth operation of the company and its subsidiaries by follow up with timeline and sending out reminders to necessary person.
- Attending physical and virtual events to consolidate key information.
- Conducting basic research online of a given topic.
**Job Requirements**
- Experience in Accounting, Corporate Services and/or Legal.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office suite (Microsoft Office Specialist certification is a huge plus)
- Experience with CRM, ERP system preferred.
- Ability to communicate with customers, vendor and media in a professional manner.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
