Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
- Assist in maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employee relations activities, including addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs.
- Support performance management processes, including performance appraisal administration.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and communications.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts and processes.
- Prior HR-related experience or coursework is a plus but not required.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
