We are currently seeking experienced individuals to join our Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) team in the role of **Contract Executive,** where you’ll be working together with Branch colleagues to manage the Safe Deposit Locker Exit Project.

**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Perform calls to customers - making appointments, updating HUB system for Contact Centre’s info
- Contact customers for a follow up if they do not turn-up for appointment
- Attending to phone calls as SDL staff number is in the letter.
- Handling locker closure process when customer comes to surrender locker (appointment and walk-ins)
- Perform system maintenance / deletion of SDL record
- Documents retrieval for closure of lockers
- Refund of deposit for key and rental
- Filing documents
- Send documents to Iron Mountain for storage
- Updating excel tracker
Requirements
- Experienced with branch operations and good understanding of the retail banking business and operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of external customers.
- Able to commence work immediately and commit for a full fixed term employment
