Training Operation Executive

**A) Primary Job Scope**
- Monitor and evaluate training programs, processes and workflows for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage instructor schedules, coordinate class starts at multiple locations, and manage training equipment and materials.
- Design and prepare educational aids and materials.
- Oversee technical implementation.
- Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training and how it affects KPIs.
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
- Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement in program offerings.
- Training Operation Executive responsibilities include communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals.
- Training Coordinators are responsible in assisting for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs.
**B)** **Duties & Responsibilities (Regularly Performed Duties)**
- Assess training needs for new and existing employees.
- Plan and implement training programs to address competency gaps.
- Coordinate and provide support for internal and external training programs.
- Assist in managing and monitoring the company's training budget.
- Ensure training records are up-to-date at all times and prepare training reports when necessary.
- Provide support on other areas of training when required and assist in ad-hoc projects/ initiatives when necessary
- Provides guidance and direction on training policy and adherence
- Develops and maintains continual education support materials to be used for reference once training has been completed.
- Continually evaluates training progress and training procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update curriculum as needed.
**C)** **Job Specification (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)**
- Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
- At least 1-year experience in training field or relevant experience.
- Computer-savvy, with experience using databases and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous, and a team player.
- Exceptional people skills with excellent communication skills.
- Independent, tactful and possess a high level of integrity.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia language; with strong written and oral communications skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision and desire to be part of a performance-driven team.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
