Business Development Executive

**Company background**:
- A registered trading company with Sdn Bhd status in the field of medical/pharmaceutical products.
- Active in the hospital business for more than a decade and have existing customers.
- Core business is the area of Infection Prevention.
- Training will be provided and on-job learning is essential.
Existing customer base with substantial sales
**Responsibilities**:
- Coverage of Klang Valley and Selangor.
- Effectively and scientifically promote to customers those products which are assigned by the company.
- Schedule appointments with customers and have a clear plan for the business and sales activities for each working week.
- Accountable for the base achievement of the territorial sales budget, so that business/sales and revenue are maintained and increased in accordance with the Company’s objectives.
- Work with office/administrative personnel to prepare quotations and proposals to build new accounts and to win tenders/contracts.
- Build a strong base of customers for the continued increase and expansion of the business. To continually update the Sales Report, to ensure that budgets planned are met.
- Target setting will be done in conjunction with higher management and involves a bottom-up approach.
- Assist in the formulation of business strategies to increase sales revenue in the territories covered and forecasting orders as well as timing, to the manufacturer.
- Responsible to report and compile any product complaint information on adverse drug reactions/product complaints in accordance with the Company’s product complaint SOP.
- Undertake delivery to customers when the order quantity is small and can be sent personally.

**Location transportation facilities**:
- Location of office is near the Kota Damansara MRT
- The newly opened DASH highway gives a connection to Shah Alam. NKVE highway is easily accessible from the office.
- Car transportation is required for all business and sales positions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree or Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business or Science
- Minimum 2 years of medical sales experience (either in medical device or pharmaceutical sales) is preferred.
- Requires a moderate level of guidance and direction.
- Knowledge of various selling techniques and ability to apply/demonstrate during the procurement process.
- Possess a creative, analytical, and inquisitive mind.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate and have good presentation skills.
- Proficient in written/spoken English and Malay. Other languages would be an advantage.
- Possess own car transport and a valid driving license.
- Willing to travel outstation
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
