We are hiring a **IT Community Centre Assistant** to oversee the operations, programs, and activities at **Agmo Space, MMU, Cyberjaya**. You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate programs and events, build community relationships with stakeholders from MMU, and ensure the center meets the needs of the community.

**Your missions**:
Operational Management:

- Manage the center's operations, facilities, and resources which includes operational SOP development & implementation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Gain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate explanations to visitors.
- Promote our diverse programs, emphasizing benefits and encouraging sign-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of visitor attendance.

Administrative Duties:

- Maintain organized records and documentation.

Program Coordination:

- Coordinate and oversee program implementation.
- Assist in capturing photos during events.

Facility and Resource Management:

- Ensure proper maintenance of the center's facilities by managing equipment and resources effectively.
- Coordinate usage within the center.

**Knowledge & Experience**:

- Minimum Certificate/Diploma or equivalent, with relevant courses.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

**Mindset**:

- A strong interpersonal and communication skill person.
- Good time management and coordination skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, if required.
- Attention to detail.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
