Operation Coordinator

**Job Description:
- **
- Key contact person to liaise with factory.
- Monitor and follow up with factories and suppliers on the orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle PO, GRN, Invoice and DO for materials and finished goods purchase.
- Ensure stock inventory records are kept up to date.
- To manage all operational tasks including full understanding of scope and knowledge involved.
- To perform any order management, warehousing or transportation duties assigned including ad-hoc and special projects.
- To undertake any special assignment by the management.
**Requirements:
- **
- Any experience in Purchasing roles/relevant field will be a great bonus.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, inventory, purchasing, purchase, operation, logistic
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- This is a purely an office-based job and no factory visit is required.
- Required language(s): Mandarin (dealing with Mandarin-speaking factories required), English, Bahasa Malaysia.
