**DENTAL COMMUNICATION OFFICER**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**-Greet patients and establish pleasant first contact and liaise between patient and clinic**
**-Register new patients as per established office protocols, update the status quo to**

**corresponding dentists and nurses**
**-Keep track of all waiting patients and keep informed of there treatment status**

**clinic information**
**-Schedule, remind, confirm all appointments and update in the system**
**-Settle the patients for the next appointment, and handle payments.**
**-Post operative management of patients - finance, medications instructions, follow up**
**-Attend all enquiries, feedbacks and complaints escalate to respective seniors and sort**

**-Manage all day to day clinic operations and administrative duties**
**-Ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time**

**REQUIREMENTS**

**-Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia**
**-At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position is**

**a added advantage**

**-Required Skill(s): communication, customer service skills, adaptability, initiative, team work, information collection and management,**

**-Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.**

**-Good command over the language of English is recommended.**

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
