Translate and interpret live incoming calls from America verbally from **Mandarin/Cantonese to English **and vice versa, you are basically the middle person of a phone call between two people.

**Additional Details**
- Full time position under a 12 months contract
- If you were to complete your contact, an offer will be made to you to either extend your contract or to offer you a permanent position with Teleperformance.
- Rotational Shifts (**Mainly Night Shifts**)
- 5 working days per week
- Work on some weekends and public holidays
- **Working from home**:

- Earn the experience of supporting calls from the US market

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English and Mandarin (**Speaking + Reading + Writing**)
- Able to work night shifts
- **Immediate starters prioritized**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
