HR Payroll Executive

Simpang Ampat, Malaysia Fair Work (M) Sdn. Bhd. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and ensure monthly payroll is processed accurately and on time.
- Ensure all allowances, OT claims, expenses claims and etc. are processed accurately and on time.
- Generate accurate and updated monthly Payroll Reports using the Payroll System.
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of all relevant statutory reports such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and Income Tax.
- Ensure employee master record is well updated and captured in the system, regardless of new hire or existing employees.
- Administer and ensure all confirmation and resignation of staff are processed promptly and accurately.
- Administer the HR operation matters eg. letter issuance, performance management, confirmation, employee relation etc.
- Review submission of timesheets and claims documents to ensure all submissions are in compliance with defined policies
- Any ad hoc HR projects/ task from time to time

**Job Qualifications**
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
- 3-5 years’ experience in payroll processing.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to build good working relationships at all levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Payroll: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
