The Applications Service Delivery Manager manages processes are on track for the consistent delivery of end-to-end customer-driven solutions in an effective and cost-efficient manner.

**The Service Delivery Manager’s job embraces both administrative and technical roles in these areas**:
1. Vendor and Contract Management to confirm all IT Applications related contractual documentation and maintenance support agreements are in order and renewed regularly to ensure service uptime support is available.

3. Managing the annual internal and external Audit deliverables from the IT Applications’ areas to ensure good audit outcomes

4. Managing the smooth execution of BAU (business-as-usual) activities related to Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery Live runs, Audits.

5. Managing the end-to-end completion for annual and/or ad-hoc Technical Risk Assessments for the IT Applications estate or new projects where applicable, for e.g. Penetration tests

6. Participating role in readying IT Applications requirements and proposal assessments for STMKB Tender/RFP preparations.

7. Ensure all Contract of Services Agreements for IT Applications developers are in order and renewed annually on schedule with complete documentation.

End-to-end Project Management for selected projects assigned to her

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. Implement and improve process controls to enhance efficient and effectiveness, including creation, review and update of IT Applications SOPs, PM, SDLC frameworks and any other pertinent documentation.

3. Participate in internal and external Application Audits, managing the audit process and ensuring closure of all audit findings.

5. Assist in the preparation of Application system contracts and renewals, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order

6. Contribute to IT Request for Proposal (RFP) preparation and evaluation, focusing on technical-related aspects

7. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions, action items, and project updates.

8. Update the Master Plan for BAU Projects and IT Projects, including timeline preparation and UAT support

9. Manage Technical Risk Assessment (TRA) for projects

10. Maintain a comprehensive filing system for all Application documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information

11. Create spreadsheets and presentations as needed to support the Application team and effectively present information
- **Education/Work Experience**_

Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

Minimum 7 years of experience in understanding of IT project lifecycle, software development lifecycle and daily operations

Hands on experience with MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

Hands on experience with MS Project (preferably)

Ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of STMKB business, market, industry and relate that knowledge to identified operations and Application-related risks.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
