我們代表我們的客戶,一家物業和設施管理公司正在尋找潛在候選人加入團隊,擔任**客戶服務主管(日語)**
**工作職責:**
- 帶領一支由 2 名青少年組成的團隊
- 在前台接待來訪者,以適當的方式問候、歡迎、引導和通知他們
- 接聽、篩選和轉接來電
- 始終以禮貌、專業的方式回應所有請求
- 透過適當的註冊控制客人/供應商進入住宅樓層
- 協助預訂現場設施(即:多功能廳、會議室)
- 接收、分類及分發每日郵件/遞送
- 提供前往公園、餐廳、機場等的路線
- 確保在輪班期間以專業和清潔的方式維護所有區域
- 遵守所有安全和安保政策、計劃和程序
- 根據需要執行任何其他臨時任務
- 向大樓經理報告有關前台/禮賓部的所有營運事宜
**工作要求:**
- 任何領域的文憑或學位
- 至少 2-3 年客戶服務經驗
- 優秀的英語和**日語**溝通能力**(通過 JLPT N1 / N2 / 認證)**:
