The Account Management team support the wider Network Management teams globally in managing the agent bank relationship data including agent fee data within the group’s systems and also conduct key controls, which are reviewed as part of an external audit on an annual basis, relating to agent accounts and custody / key agreement reconciliations which are a central part of Network Management’s risk and control processes.

**The Opportunity**:
As a Global Support Executive in Account Management, you will ensure the data held in the group’s systems agree with the various affiliate and non-affiliate agent banks. Any discrepancies identified is to be investigated upon and escalated to the network managers globally for resolution.

**What you’ll do**:
**_The main tasks undertaken are:_**
- Accounts and Custody agreement reviews. - identify discrepancies and perform first level investigation of exceptions.
- Static Data amendments within the group’s system.
- SharePoint Maintenance.
- Timely escalation of delays and ensure periodic follow ups.
- Continuously drive change within the process.
- Effectively manage queries from both internal and external customers.
- To consistently maintain a high level of customer service by achieving established Performance Level Agreements.
Requirements

**What you will need to succeed in the role**:

- Bachelor degree holder in business, finance or related discipline.
- Good working knowledge on Microsoft Excel, able to work efficiently with formula’s.
- Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time well.
- Attention to detail, ability to self-audit own work.
- Aptitude for continuous improvement, efficiencies and initiating process change.
- Effective communication (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.

**What additional skills will be good to have?**
- Experience in reconciliations will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge on Visual Basic is a plus.
- Broader experience in financial products’ and general operations knowledge will be an added advantage.
