Business Development Executive

**Job responsibilities**:
- Identifying potential franchisees.
- Negotiating franchise agreements.
- Developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Managing relationships with franchisees.
- Execute departmental strategic goals, track and evaluate matrix.
- Supports department’s monthly management reporting and annual budgeting exercise.
- Strive to achieve sales targets through various sales channels/ business categories to support the business expansion.
- Maintain contact with existing clients and new clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base.
- Get new potential clients through personal networking, prospecting, social networking, data-mining, etc.
- Explain company products and services to create excellent sales pitches and demonstrate how the products and services operate to potential clients.
- Collaborate with sales management to plan and develop effective sales strategies and also to set goals and targets.
- Conduct market research, industry and competitors’ analysis and present to the Management for review.
- Manage franchisees account and meet the targets relating to revenue, activities, profit margin, services, customer retention and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate, negotiate and liaison directly with vendors/ consultants/ mall management to meet the requirements.
- Prepare reports regularly to Management.
- Ensure adherence to the work policies, ethics and regulations of the company.
- Able to work independently and produce results is vital.
- Any additional and ad-hoc tasks that may be delegated by the Management and/or any other person/person nominated by the Management.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Applicants must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
- At least three (3) years of working experience in the related field as a Business Development Executive.
- **Preferably specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service industry is an advantage. (Minimum 2 years)**:
- Possess good communication skills, strong leadership and with interpersonal skills as well.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
- Must be fluent/well-versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to work independently.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
