- To collect supplier's DO from storekeeper
- Responsible for stock receiving
- loose & customized furniture (without storage)
- Responsible for stock receiving
- loose furniture from oversea & local
- To monitor & control stock qty
- toilet cubicle system Verify for the physical stock qty (few items) by random checking method with SQL system weekly with storekeeper
- To prepare quotation for customers
- To prepare invoice for customers
- To prepare delivery order & temporary delivery order
- Receive incoming calls
- Process the document & letters from bosses
- Send faxes & Record incoming fax
- To collect cheque from customer and record in the cheque note book
- To perform matching PO, DO & Invoice
- Other clerical and office job assigned

**Experience**:
