We're looking for Customer Experience Executive. - Your role is to deliver happiness to people through great customer experience.
- Relationship building with customers with the objective of customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure high quality of services and assisting with other administrative duties as required
- Ensure that call targets are met for each event
- Attention to detail in ensuring the quality standards and objectives of the project are met
- Assisted office personnel and administrative affairs including scheduling events calendar and office supply procurement if required
**; Requirements**:
- Proficiency in speaking and writing - Preferably English and Mandarin
- Team player but also able to work independently to complete tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Fresh graduate and interns welcome to apply
