Sales Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage potential customers, assessing their suitability, and arrange meetings for product presentations and promotional offers.
- Stay updated on competitors' latest offerings and promotional strategies, providing feedback accordingly.
- Meet weekly sales targets as outlined.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned leads.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and lead statuses using Microsoft Excel.
- Regularly manage and update sales quotations on a weekly and monthly basis.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a relevant field.
- Possess an outgoing personality and a strong passion for sales.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

Working Hours:

- 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
- Location: Wisma RKT near LRT Dang Wangi

Employment Details:

- Permanent role with a 3-month probationary period.
- Basic salary plus commission.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
