Food & Beverage Supervisor (Based at Danga Bay)

**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements.
- Set up banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper set up of furniture/equipment. Inspect and maintain table set-ups for cleanliness, neatness and agreement with group requirements and company standards, and resolve any problems.
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Identify strategies to enhance the overall guest experience, which may involve feedback mechanisms, service training, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Proven food and beverage management experience.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
Salary : Starting from RM2,200.00
Location : The Avenue M Hotel, Danga Bay
Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
