**Job description**
- Responsible for all office administration and accounts work.
- Prepare job sheet for submission of claim.
- Responsible to ensure timely invoicing and quotation, and submit to main contractor.
- Prepare Purchase Order including seeking quotation, cost analysis, negotiate and

recommendation. Recommend payment when work is completed.
- Basic knowledge in general accounting
- Able to write formal letter
- Responsible for office stationery and office equipment.
- To maintain proper filling system for all documentation, records and correspondences.
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the

manager.
- Plan and organize the tasks assigned accordingly without compromising accuracy

taking-off within required timeframes.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time by superior or reporting head.

Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business

Studies/Management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or

equivalent.
- Extra knowledge in account will be an advantage.
- Software skill in Auto Count system & Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently, positive working attitude, punctual, mature, responsible,

under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
- Be an efficient individual.
- Able to start work immediately or with short period would be advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
