JOB SUMMARY
Perform Commercial Finance & Costing related activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform Commercial Finance & Costing related activities.
- To prepare, analyse and involve in discussion about financial plans and forecast with business partners
- Involve in reviewing actual performance against forecast. Work with business and operation teams to drive for cost initiatives, control and project.
- Perform good closing and control financials including Revenue, COGS, various P&L elements.

- Analyzes cost variations such as Purchase Price Variance, Revaluation, backflushes, subcontracting, RMA's, RTV's and scrap.
- Analyzes material costs and its BOM structure to provide insight to team for opportunity or area to focus.
- Reports on material margin, MPV and inventory for each of the projects assigned.
- Reviews reports on excesses and obsoletes monthly and quarterly to reduce the inventory risk and claim management.
- Work with GBS Team to review and control for AR & AP areas to improve Company cash flow and cash cycle metrics
- Perform month end closing activities and ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, regulations accounting policies and procedure.
- Able to work as a team and able to work independently on problem solving.

- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Good financial and analytical ability..
- Good and convincing communication skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- College degree or above, major in Accounting, Finance management or related is preferred.
- More than 2 years accounting experience and preferably in MNC environment.
- Or a combination of education, experience and/or training.
