Manager, Airport Experience

**Reports To**:
- Senior Manager, Airport Experience & Alliance
**Role Purpose**:
- Manage and implement work related to project management to ensure full compliance to rules and regulations, corporate governance policies and procedures, service level standards while managing operational cost. Responsible for a lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects.
**Key Accountability**:
- Establish, define and implement project management framework for Airport Services for effective deliverables and timeliness.
- Manage customer experiences touch points and Customer Value Propositions related to Airport Services including projects for KLIA HUB.
- Manage and support oneworld Working Groups and Task Forces to deliver the oneworld Customer Proposition and produce service delivery projects report to oneworld management.
- Establish and implement project management and administrative support to the project teams to ensure smooth running of the project effective delivery of information and communications to the Project Steering Committee and Working Group. Other ad-hoc duties as detailed by the business as and when required.
- Manage and support Airport Services line operations management to ensure effective end-to-end process flow and efficient cost management whilst adhering to operational and regulatory requirements.
- Establish, define and enforce Project Management framework for Airport Services projects throughout the project life cycle, ensuring all organizational procedures are adhered to, objectives are identified and met, and benefits realized.
- Manage 3rd party and oneworld lounge and non-ground handling related contracts to ensure full compliance with all safety regulations and signed SLA as well as to take necessary actions for any non-compliance.
- Manage and implement benchmarking, reviewing and refining service level agreement with 3rd party lounge to balance effective SLA management with maximum cost efficiency and operational excellence.
**Qualification & Experience**:
- Degree in any field with 07 years working experience and minimum 3 years of senior/middle management role in the airline.
Minimum 1 year in airport services
- Diploma in any field with 7 years working experience and Minimum 4 years’ experience related to airline airport operations/services.
