**Reports To**:

- Manager, Standard & Procedure Management

**Role Purpose**:

- Under the leadership of Manager, Standard & Procedure Management, Assistant Manager Standard & Procedure Management is responsible for providing main support in developing, implementing, and maintaining standards, procedures, and processes to ensure MAB ground operations covering passenger and cargo operations, comply with Civil Aviation regulatory requirements globally..

**Key Accountability**:

- Accountable for periodically reviewing, revising, and enhancing the Airport Services regulatory manuals and documentation.
- Develop, distribute, track, and monitor the issuance of Airport Services circulars namely, Alert, Bulletin, Memorandums and etc. related to Airport Services activities for passengers and cargo operations, in order to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of Airport Services operations system-wide.
- Perform research works and benchmarking activities on developing new procedures and enhancing existing procedures related to MAB ground operations covering passenger and cargo operations
- Produce and develop quick reference manuals to facilitate the implementation of Airport Services-related procedures.
- To compile, review and take action on station monthly performance on issue related to SOPs. To coordinate with stations on operational related matters for corrective, preventive and improvement on services and to ensure all cargo related task are in compliance to ICAO, IATA and other regulatory bodies.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in any relevant field with 3 years of working experience
- Diploma in any relevant field with 4 years of working experience.

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Good knowledge and experience of overall aviation policy, procedures and regulations
- Strong knowledge of airlines operations, IATA IGOM,MCAR and other aviation regulatory requirements; in particular on cargo operations
- Analytical thinking and good communication and writing skills
- Knowledgeable in operational, safety, quality, training and standards.

**Key Challenges**:

- Changing of regulatory requirements, locally and internationally
- Full compliance to the MAB policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
- Complexity in dealing with international regulatory procedures within our constraint and limitation
