HR Admin Executive

**Job Descriptions**:
- To perform and provide support in the day to day general HR and office administration functions.
- To in charge of monthly payroll processing which include submission of EPF, Socso, EIS and HRDF.
- To handle immigration for foreign workers.
- To update and maintain records of ISO and license related matters.
- To handle and advise management on disciplinary issues and employee relation matters.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities that may be needed or assigned by superior from time to time
**Job Requirements**
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamic, fair in handling changes / people / situations with good perceptiveness, sound judgement, integrity.
- Familiar with all aspects of HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Demonstrated multi-tasking skills and ability to organize workload are essential.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
**Remuneration Packages**
Attractive salary package from **RM2,500 - RM3,000, **depending on qualification and experiences.
