- Explore, Identify and develop new market opportunities and sales option
- Lead and participate in market survey, intelligence and analysis
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Ability to coordinate with other departments on client-related matters
- Directing client complaints or complex queries to relevant departments in a timely manner
- Evaluate, propose, develop and implement short-term business growth
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new product
- Complete all assigned tasks on timely manner
- Proactive in liaising with various department to resolve issues
- Strong attention to detail and patience to client's enquiry
- Requirements:_
- Ability to work under pressure
- Positive attitude - Always be willing to fail and learn
- Good team player, and able to work independently
- Good communication skills and etiquette
- Confident and highly motivated
- Able to communicate in basic English and Malay
- Final-year student / diploma graduates are welcome to apply
