**Company Overview**:
Our client is one of the leading **Portable Network Connectivity** providers in Southeast Asia. They also provide Portable Wifi connectivity to over 100 countries around the world. Providing the traveling community a value. Headquartered in Singapore, our client has recently formed a branch in Kuala Lumpur.

**Responsibilities**
- Escalate complaints and feedback to the correct Channel / Managers.
- Ensure key directions from the Management are followed through and accomplished.
**Requirements**:

- **SPM/STPM/Diploma/ Degree with minimum 2 years’ experience in Contact Centre environment** with at least 1 year in Sales Oriented Operations.
- Has a **strong passion for Customer Service** and managing the flow of Customer Experience.
- Experience in **basic ticketing system** would be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
