Customer Service Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To monitor, supervise, oversee, and audit Call Centre daily routine, manpower allocation and scheduling, to ensure the operation of Call Centre is ongoing and continuous.
- Attend to high-level or critical customer complaint, provide solution, explanation, and follow-up according to the company SOP, and report to the superior or upper management if needed.
- Coordinate and align the teamwork, to improve the team productivity, team spirit and team responsibility.
- Implement and execute the company policy, product, SOP, improvement plan, and ensure the team is aligned accordingly.
- Handle special case or serious complaint escalate from superior/management.
- Assist the team to handle the customer inquiries, complaints, and provide the solution accordingly.
- Leading any project team
- Ad-hoc task from superior/management.
- Ensure the new procedure, new SOP, latest updates and revised information to be well-communicated among the team.
- To monitor the daily performance, issue daily report, weekly report, monthly report, and other reporting.
REQUIREMENT:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
- The ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Good organizational skills.
- Minimum 3-5 years experiences in Customer Service field
- Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by target
- Mandarin speaker would be an added advantage.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
