**Business Development Executive**:
**About the Role**:

- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients overseeing the sales process for the business.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process. Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
- Working with senior team members to identify and collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.

**To be successful in this role, you need to have**:

- Min Diploma/Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar
- Min 1 year or less working experience /Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Power Point, Excel.
- Ability to work well to work in team environment.
- Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people.
- Great networking skills, self-motivated and results oriented in pursuing and achieving objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication In English, & Bahasa & other languages will be added advantages.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
