*This is an on-site position, open for Malaysian only
You will be assisting mostly on organizing the business operations and HR related works. This role will provide you with a unique opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience on running and managing a startup, where you get to see how a small company comes into place and grows bigger. You will mostly be working closely with the directors of the business to sort things out. Exposures will include:
- Assist in general business administration and clerical work.
- Assist in preparing and updating business documents.
- Maintain proper filing of business documents.
- Assist in following up payment with clients
- Manage employee records, benefits, and payroll processing.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Assist with planning and execution of engagement activities.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Handle employee relations and assist with conflict resolution.
- Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide general support to employees and managers on HR-related issues.
Added advantage (Optional)**:
- Able to understand Mandarin characters
- Understand the basis function of accounting software
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

Working Hours
5 Working days a week (Mon - Fri)
Working hours: 9.30 am - 6.30 pm
Lunch Time: 1 pm - 2 pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
