Marketing & Tender Coordinator (Associate Level)

This role will provide excellent opportunities to learn marketing, tender coordination and quality management system from a fast moving and growing sustainability consulting environment; work directly with CMP and the Leadership Team, to create positive impact for future generations.
**Responsibilities**:
This role will lead the following portfolios:
Tender Coordination and Administration - Playing a key role in tender development by working with the relevant consulting teams, by reviewing tender documents requirements, i.e. tender registration, task assignment, information and document compilation prior final submission. The scope also covers tender status tracking and monitoring, maintaining the administration matters of tenders, striving towards continuous improvement in tendering process and management.
Marketing - This role encompasses managing Marketing Scope within the country and also assisting the APAC Marketing team to drive marketing activities. The role includes but not limited to the below:
- Work closely with CMP, Malaysia Leadership Team, business stakeholders and the APAC marketing team to map out and support the in-country marketing plan to best position ERM and for better client outreach
- Plan and execute the marketing plan and programmes, including events (physical and virtual), social media, digital marketing campaigns, e-news, thought leaderships and key clients/HGHV marketing initiatives
- Liaise with the selected industry associations to explore possible partnerships and tie-ups, and have oversight on the current memberships
- Lead and manage the photo library of the consultants and partners, for use on social media and proposals. Set up the process for new joiners as well.
- Support creation and tracking of campaigns in Salesforce to track the returns of marketing investment
- Track and reflect on the success of the marketing activities, and have overview of the in-country marketing budget
ERM QMS (Quality Management System) - Spearheading and facilitating the ERM QMS Certification/Surveillance process, leading brownbag series to increase QMS awareness with new joiners.
**Requirement**:
- 3 to 5 years of marketing, corporate communications, or tender coordination experiences. Experiences working in a professional services firm preferred.
- Curious to learn
- External focus
- PMP or other project management certification preferred but not essential
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Technically savvy with strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, SharePoint); MS Project, and access database.
- Reliable and proactive with a strong work ethic.
- Strong interpersonal skill and team player. Ability to work closely with Partners and Project Managers and as part of a team.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to adapt to project change with an ability to manage and coordinate multiple project assignments simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
