**About the Job**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Project Management Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the project management team and assisting in the successful project delivery.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the project management team in delivering online research projects.
- End-to-end project management, identify potential roadblocks to ensure project delivery on time and on budget.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop project plans, research designs, and questionnaire structures.
- Coordination of all tasks for specific projects/clients involving the survey set-up working closely with programming, sampling, data processing, translations, coding etc.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complex problems.
- Advising on in-field data verification checks and general quality checks.
- Work closely with all Operations teams and keep control of the project status by coordinating all parts involved at all times.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent related experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in online research and project management is a plus.
- Strong interest in research and project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English; proficiency in other Chinese/Asian languages is a plus.
- Good logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data processing software.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Highly motivated and eager to learn and grow in the field of project management.
