**Introduction**:
To complete our team and support our growth in APAC, we are looking for Junior Survey Programmer to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur.

A Programmer is giving support and contributing to finding solutions in the day-to-day business in order to assure the best possible service to the client and project delivery to the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proficient in survey creation, quotas, reporting (filters, masks), data export, data template creation, survey layouts, libraries, etc
- First experience in development/programming (javascript)
- Able to refine and further develop current survey programming standards and policies
- Able to manage media requirements
- Able to test a survey thoroughly, review data and provide a high-quality link to the client
- Be part of a quality team to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained
- Ability to debug and correct coding issues
- Help to define a clear Programming scope of the work, with the Project Manager/ client
- Help to define the details related to the Survey programming, like plan timeline, resource required and potential roadblock
- Doing the programming of the Survey step by step, follow up with internal and external resource
- Closely liaise with Project Manager for own projects briefing and post survey information
- Escalate any outstanding issue to Team Leader as soon as identified
- Help maintain and improve Toluna services and operations quality standards
- Interact with clients by phone or face to face on request

**Required skill set**:

- 1+ years working experience
- Preferred knowledge (good to have but not mandatory )

1. Minimum 1 year experience in programming using

2. Knowledge in Market research
- Good verbal and written language skills for English (required);
- Knowledge in any of the below

10. ActionSript
- Knowledge in Content Management System
- Proficient with MS-Office (Word and Excel)
- Time management, priorities management and marketing skills essential
- Innovative thinking (outside the box thinking & offering alternative approaches to problems/needs, etc.)
- Solution oriented
- Flexible, proactive and hands on approach with a can-do attitude
- Available for some late working hours based on team and business requirements
