Customer Support Assistant

This role is required to provide customer care, order processing and proper order management in ensuring all order details are accurate, updated and communicated key stakeholders timely.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting in all aspects of order processes, documentations and administrative supports
- Update shipment status and notify sales/customers of any change in delivery schedule status
- Maintain documentation and e-filing properly and promptly.
- Assisting the Operation Teams and suppliers / factories to complete order and shipment transactions
- Data Entry and Maintenance: Input new information into database systems. Verify data by comparing it to source documents. Update existing data and delete unnecessary files.
- Perform work tasks assigned as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in English would be desirable.
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Word and Excel)
- A good team player with good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and pro-actively
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: From RM1,600.00 per month
