Responsible for recruitment activities and representative for HR Department in **Southern Region**:
- To plan and drive the recruitment and selection through various channels
- Monitor the progression and ensure the company is operating under adequate and effective manpower
- Develop and execute the recruitment processess to be more innovative and cost effective
- Plan and execute recruitment exercise for outlets
- Provide support and advices to employees on HR related matters
- Partner with responsible department to understand and support their strategic and operational requirements
- Responsible to response on new employees' enquiries
- Responsible for any other duties that deemed relevant by management
**Role Requirements**:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any related field
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the recruitment/staffing specialized in general staff for retail industry
- Posses **own transport**:
- Willing to be based in Johor Bharu
- Able to travel around in Melaka & Johor
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently as well as a team player
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
