Assistant Manager, Capability Building

**JOB PURPOSE**
Formulate and establish key and critical positions’ DNA and drive capability building strategy across all job natures for succession planning strategy. And incumbent’ readiness. Set ‘As-Is’ Baseline assessment and drive continuous improvement for process improvement and stakeholders’ customer experience.
**JOB REPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify key and critical positions across Company.
- Design and formulate Career Differentiation & Upwards Mobility framework
- Formulate and design succession management framework together with assessment tools
- Formulate Talent Development Framework for High Potentials and Talents
- Provide advisory function on Talent Management areas which include the critical components namely competencies, succession management, job rotation & organisational change, career management/ pathing etc.
- Develop customised annual training and development plan for the management, executives, supervisory and the support group in order to maintain high quality standards within the group including Career Management Plan through continued education.
- Deploy a Company-wide competency framework and design training & development catalogue with different learning solution.
- Manage a Company-wide development programs for the management Team, Leadership Team, Head of Division
- Identify suitable programme to support staff development plan
- Manage profiling tools, assessment process and results in order to fit and utilise competency model.
- Conduct People Review (Succession Planning) session to identify talents and successors
- Ensure the effectiveness of development interventions for Talent and Successor - Personal Development Plan/ PTH.
- Develop, implement and monitor strategies for competency management
- Drive the initiatives of Competency Modelling & analyse, develop & monitor IDP to improve recruitment and business performance.
- Related vendor management
- Administer the development of the functional, and leadership competencies for (1) incumbents of Critical Positions, (2) their successors and (3) talent pool.
- Identify training and development needs within the Corporation through job analysis, training needs analysis, appraised schemes and regular consultation within business stakeholders and human resource department.
- Ensure and monitor Annual Training Plan as per allocated budget for the meaningful staff developmental activities that fit with group short-term and long-term objectives
- Build and manage structured development program for employees promotion, upgrading and on Job Rotation & transfer across the Corporation.
- Develop and organise training manuals, multimedia visual aids and presentation and other educational materials.
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Bachelor's Degree relevant field.
- At least 7 years of related working experiences.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel will be added advantage
- Have good analytical skills and knowledge
- Have good problem solving skills and knowledge
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
