**Responsibilities**:
Managing day-to-day office operations administrative department (including office maintenance & purchasing office supplies, fleet management, facilities & utilities management, licensing management, courier management, petty cash management, etc)

Oversee and support the administration of all offices including Head Office, Plant, and branches.

Daily task etc filing system, stationery & printing management, storage management, name cards and collaterals printing with stock monitoring, hostel management, petrol card and Touch & Go card, corporate line management, incoming and outgoing of mails and documents, etc).

Manage master list on company renewal of insurance, licenses, certificates etc.

Training to new employees on company’s collateral policies.

Assist in project management & ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

**Job Requirements**:
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Self-motivated, able to work independently.

Preferably good communication in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.

Willing to work in Bukit Jalil, KL.

**Salary**: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
