- Handle administrative tasks, such as printing, scanning, and filing documents
- Prepare engagement letter for the clients
- Answer phone calls
- Issue invoices, receipts, payment voucher
- Manage post & couriers
- Prepare and maintain company account with accounting software
- Handle accounting tasks, such as bookkeeping, key in date entry, bank reconciliation, and submitting expense reports
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
