Administrative Assistant

1. Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
3. Taking meeting minutes, prepare regular reports and presentations
4. Keep employee records (physical and digital)
5. Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
6. Data entry, maintain internal database (sales figures, property listings etc.)
7. Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners
8. General office management such as ordering stationary, organize, store and print company documents as needed
9. Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers
10. Arranging both internal and external events
11. Maintaining the company social media accounts
12. Providing administration support, handle queries from managers and employees
