Executive - Procurement & Contract

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia EXEN INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD Full time

Prepare and submit screening exercises, quotation, tenders, technical & commercial proposal on a timely manner.
- Compile and maintain the tender working files, brochures, write-up and related correspondence documents in timely manner to ensure up-to-date of the tender information for effective tendering / bids.
- Regularly liaise with end-users, owners, engineering companies, EPCC/consultants to gather project information and opportunities for company.
- Monitor and follow up on new business opportunities particularly in the power, oil and gas, petrochemical industries.
- To organize meeting with customers as and when required.
- Assist in sourcing, RFQ/RFP, Technical Bid Evaluation process and Technical Commercial comparison analysis until it is being fully evaluated and finalized.
- Ensure that relevant KPI and optimal purchases within allocated/approved budget price.
- To compile and collate reports & information related to order based on project and provide summary to superior for monitoring purposes.
- Minimum Degree in Engineering/ Business Administration/ Mathematics or equivalent certifications.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills with vendors and inter-department.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
