The Sourcing Support Assistant will be instrumental in coordinating various sourcing activities, ensuring efficient communication with suppliers, and managing tasks related to sample arrangement, feedback on defective products, quality assurance, and the preparation of user guides. This role is critical for maintaining the integrity and quality of our product sourcing processes.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Sample Management**: Coordinate the logistics of sample collection, distribution, and evaluation to support product development and selection.

**Defective Product Feedback**: Serve as a liaison between the quality assurance team and suppliers, communicating feedback on defects or non-compliance issues and tracking corrective actions.

**Supplier Communication**: Maintain regular communication with suppliers for all necessary sourcing activities, ensuring clear and efficient exchange of information.

**Quality Assurance Coordination**: Assist in coordinating quality assurance activities, including compliance checks, to ensure that products meet Khind’s standards and regulatory requirements.

**Documentation**: Manage and organize documentation related to sourcing activities, including supplier contracts, communication records, quality reports, and user guides.

**Product Information Management**: Assist in compiling and updating product specifications, user guides, and any other relevant information for sourced products.

**Market Research Support**: Support market research efforts by gathering data on trends, new products, and supplier capabilities to inform sourcing strategies.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in a sourcing or supply chain role, with a focus on coordination and supplier management. Experience in the electrical appliance industry is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month
