Human Resources Account Administration

To support the day-to-day operations of Human Resources and Administration function and report directly to HR Manager.
- Manage human resource operations tasks such as sending staff salaries, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and statutory payments, managing staff attendance, recruitment and resignation.
- Preparing HR related letters such as appointment letter, announcement, leave records and etc.
- Assist in recruitment, shortlisting and arrange interview, prepare recruitment report accordingly.
- Update and maintain individual file. Ensure all information of every employee are constantly updated.
- Address basic employee relations matters and assist with the resolution of workplace issues.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Keep track and record of daily transaction.
- Assist admin in procurement documents, petty cash and etc.
- Preparing documents for audit process.
- Any other duties and responsibilities given by superiors from time to time.
**Job Requirement**
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
- Possess can-do attitude, highly adaptive and leadership mindset.
- Knowledge of MS Office suite, SQL Payroll and Financial Accounting is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Malay communication skills and interpersonal skills.
**Working Hours**
- Monday to Friday, Saturday(half day)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
