**About the Role**

**Your key responsibilities will be to**:

- Disseminate information and promote awareness of our programs to teachers, parents, and students.
- Actively sell our programs and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Follow-up closely with prospects via calls, scheduled appointments and visit that lead to sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer enquiries.
- Support the Manager in managing marketing team to ensure consistent follow up to achieve with the strategic objectives of the department.
- To manage list of programs assigned and to formulate and execute marketing plans on assigned key account schools.
- Participate in marketing functions in all major student recruitment activities i.e. events at schools, roadshows, education fairs, school marketing activities, etc.
- Prepare relevant reports and recruitment data on regular basis and involved in any ad hoc projects.
- Handle any other tasks as assigned by Superiors.

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing/ Business or any field.
- Highly motivated, target driven and a strong sales drive.
- A proven track record in sales is a plus and can be considered for senior executive role.
- Possess positive attitude and confidence in achieving sales target and KPI.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a plus but not compulsory.
- Ability to work independently and can work harmoniously as part of a team.
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel (mostly Klang Valley).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

**ADDITIONAL INFO, RENUMERATION & BENEFITS**
- **Fixed monthly income of RM2400 - RM4000 (based on experience) + attractive individual sales commission.**:

- Additional group yearly bonus if group team sales is met.
- Continuous trainings will be provided.
- Annual leave, EPF & SOCSO, panel medical clinic will be provided.
- **5 day work week, 8 work hours daily.**:

- Phone allowance
- Own car required, petrol and travel allowance will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Commission

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
