Assistant Event Manager

Help manager to plan and implement the event.
- Make a plan, including the time schedule, budget, and required resources.
- Finding and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to obtain prices and best service.
- Monitoring implementation and cleanup, ensure everything runs smoothly and following schedule.
- Communicate with stakeholders, vendors, and team members to provide regular updates and ensure compatibility with event objectives.
- Dealing with any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event and able implement effective solutions quickly.
- Updated with current industry trends to improve experience.
**Criteria**
- Minimum SPM, diploma in event management, hospitality or any related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in the field or similar
- Able to multitask
- Skillful in communication, negotiation both written and verbal
- Creative and innovative thinking also problem solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Interested in organizing impactful event and fulfill customer's expectation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
