**Main Responsibilities**:

- Administrative support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the general manager, including document processing, scheduling, meeting coordination, etc.
- Meeting and event management: Assist in arranging and organizing important meetings and events inside and outside the company, including booking venues, preparing materials and following up on post-meeting matters.
- Data analysis and report writing: Collect and sort out relevant data, assist in writing reports and decision support documents, and provide data analysis support for general managers.
- Cooperation with departments: Work closely with all departments of the company to promote information exchange and coordination to ensure the smooth progress of all work.
- Important project management: Participate in the planning and execution of important projects, assist in supervising project progress, and report project status to the general manager.
- Confidential Information Management: Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and careful handling of documents and data involving confidential information.
- Customer relationship management: Assist the general manager to handle customer relations, keep in touch with important customers, and solve customer problems and needs.
- Travel arrangement: Arrange business trips for the general manager, including booking air tickets, hotels and transportation, etc.

**Job Requirements**:

- Work experience: Relevant administrative assistant or senior management assistant experience, general manager assistant or senior management team collaboration experience is preferred.
- Communication skills: Good in English, Bahasa and mandarin, able to communicate effectively with employees, customers and partners at different levels.
- Organizational and coordination skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to multitask and remain productive.
- Analytical skills: Data analysis and problem-solving skills, able to extract key information from data and support decision-making.
- Proactive: Have a proactive working attitude, able to take the initiative to solve problems and overcome challenges.
- **Mandarin** **Speaker** is a pre-requisite
- Required Languages**:Mandarin**, Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Must be able to communicate in **Mandarin** **(Verbal & Written).**

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ara Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- assistant general manager: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
- English (required)
- Bahasa (required)
